General Specifications
- Structure: R.C.C. Framed structure. Earthquake resistant
foundation with R.C.C. M20 grade concrete designed for Seismic zone
II.
- Walls: Brick masonry with good quality light weight
bricks in cement mortar. External walls 9" thick bricks in
cement mortar.
- Plastering: Internal and external cement plastering with
double coat sponge finish.
- Doors: Main Door Teak wood frame with skin molded flush doors aesthetically designed with designer hardware of repute
make. Other doors, superior quality flush doors with SS Hinges.
Balcony doors: International brand UPVC sliding doors.
- Windows: International standard quality UPVC windows with
glass panels. UPVC windows are UV stabilized that would limit
thermal conductivity, provide excellent sound insulation, and are

- Painting: External: Superior Quality Emulsion paints of

quality putty over a coat of primer finished with two coats of
